Use a dependable structure

Prefer clear headings, readable typography and sufficient contrast. Essential details should never depend on icons, colour or charts alone.

Treat complex layout carefully

Tables, floating blocks and skill bars may lose context during extraction. A two-column design can work, but its exported text must still follow a logical sequence.

Test the exported file

Select and copy text from the PDF, inspect page breaks and use the real ATS reading preview to identify fields that disappeared or moved unexpectedly.
