Write with a clear structure
Use familiar section headings, consistent dates and concise descriptions. Focus each role on the responsibilities and outcomes that matter for the position you are targeting.
Review ATS readability
Keep important information as selectable text, use a logical reading order and avoid relying on graphics alone. An ATS check is a useful review aid, but it cannot guarantee how every employer will assess an application.
Export and verify the final file
Open the exported PDF, check every page and confirm that links, characters and page breaks look correct. Keep a source copy so you can adapt the CV for future applications.
